Stephanie   

Born and raised in Mississippi, after Hurricane Katrina in 2005, my family relocated to Arkansas. My husband and I have been together since 2001, and we're blessed with three amazing sons and three wonderful grandchildren who bring us endless joy.

Dentistry has always been my calling, my passion for dentistry runs deep, fueled by the profound satisfaction of transforming smiles and restoring confidence.

Outside of the dental office, I’m known for my contagious laughter and enthusiasm for bringing joy to others. I believe laughter is a powerful way to connect with people and brighten their day.

Dee 

I'm a proud Arkansan from the charming town of Arkadelphia. My career in dentistry began in 1996 as a Registered Dental Assistant, and for over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Dr. Alford, making a difference in patients' lives every day.

Outside of work, my heart belongs to my family. I'm happily married and blessed with a wonderful daughter and a precious granddaughter who bring me endless joy.

Nature is my sanctuary. Whether camping under the stars or paddling across a peaceful lake, the outdoors recharges my spirit. I strive to embrace each day with gratitude, passion, and a commitment to making meaningful connections.

Jacque

I’m a lifelong Arkansas resident with a passion for dental hygiene. I graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and have had the privilege of working alongside Dr. Alford since 1996.

Outside the office, I’m enriched by my loving four-legged family. I’ve been happily married since 1994 and am blessed with two wonderful children who bring joy to my life every day.

With dedication and expertise, I’m committed to providing exceptional care, ensuring optimal oral health, and helping patients achieve radiant smiles that boost confidence.

Audrey

I moved to Hot Springs, AR, in 1994 and have fallen in love with this community ever since. In 1995, I began my career as a dental assistant, and it has been a fulfilling journey ever since. I’m passionate about creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for our patients, helping them feel at ease while achieving their best smile.

Outside of work, I’m happily married with two grown daughters and two grandchildren who keep me busy and bring joy to my life. In my free time, I enjoy scrapbooking, boating, and camping, and I cherish the moments spent outdoors with my loved ones.

Callie

I moved to Arkansas just before my father retired from the U.S. Navy in 2000. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Biology from Arkansas Tech University in 2013 and a Bachelor's in Dental Hygiene from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2015. I joined Dr. Alford’s team in 2019 after returning from maternity leave with my first child.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three kids. We married in 2018 and welcomed a daughter in 2019 and a son in 2022. Our free time is filled with family activities, pets, and outdoor adventures.

My goal is to provide thorough yet comfortable care to our patients. I find joy in helping patients improve their oral health and confidence, knowing how a smile can truly transform a person.

Claire

Born and raised in Arkansas, I graduated from Lakeside High School and furthered my education at Henderson State University before earning my degree in Dental Hygiene from Concorde in Memphis. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, I am dedicated to providing exceptional care and promoting healthy smiles for all my patients. I value both personal and professional growth, staying current with the latest dental practices to ensure I offer the best care possible.

I am also a proud mother to a beautiful little girl, skillfully balancing my career and family life. When I'm not at work, you'll often find me outdoors, enjoying activities like hunting and hiking, which allow me to connect with nature. I cherish spending quality time with my family and embracing the joys of motherhood.
